3. Return Process
- In-Store Returns: Bring the item(s) you wish to return, along with your proof of purchase, to our store. Our staff will assist you with the return process.
- Online Returns:

- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
4. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are Non-refundable. Return shipping costs are Paid by customer.
5. Exchanges
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability and NOT available on customisable items.
- Exchange Process: return the item and place a new order online.
- Price Difference: If the exchanged item is of a different price, you will be responsible for paying the difference or will receive a refund for the difference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
